Pursuant to North Carolina General
Statute 159-24, all local governments and public authorities must, at all times, have a finance officer appointed by the local government, public authority, or designated official. In order to ensure that the records of the LGC are up to date and to ensure finance officers receive important notices and updates from LGC staff, we ask all units to keep staff informed of any changes to their finance officer or finance officer's contact information using the form below.
